Weighting SKUs

Overview

Weighting is where you can apply a weighting to a particular group or SKU, in order to allocate more production time to it, versus other groups or SKUs.

Setup

• Add weighting to your SKUs under Configuration->Master Data->SKU Details

Below is an example with weighting for a SKU. In this example Beef Box 40x23g has a weighting of 2

Output

The example above has a higher weighting for Beef Box 40x23g Pack, so produces more of that SKU relative to other SKUs, when there is not enough capacity on the lines.
